Fat: 23.13g | Prot: 28.43g | Carb: 98.44g.   Breakfast:  Regular Coffee, Light Butter, Cheddar Cheese , Hard Roll. Lunch:  Herbal Tea (Other Than Chamomile, Brewed) , White Rice, Chicken Stir Fry with Kung Pao Sauce. Dinner:  Budweiser Beer, Tonic Water , Gin (90 Proof) , Budweiser Beer.
