Fat: 23.13g | Prot: 28.43g | Carb: 98.44g.   Breakfast:  Cheddar Cheese , Hard Roll, Light Butter, Regular Coffee. Lunch:  Chicken Stir Fry with Kung Pao Sauce, Herbal Tea (Other Than Chamomile, Brewed) , White Rice. Dinner:  Budweiser Beer, Budweiser Beer, Gin (90 Proof) , Tonic Water .
