Fat: 37.20g | Prot: 139.16g | Carb: 144.16g.   Breakfast:  Green Energy Blast. Lunch:  asparagus, Chicken breast tenders, sweet potato. Dinner:  Amazing eggs, Celery, Corn tortilla, Crunchy peanut butter, Mexican rice, Pinto beans. Snacks/Other:  avocado, chunk light tuna, dole banana, egg whites.
