Fat: 36.39g | Prot: 170.31g | Carb: 163.17g.   Breakfast:  Baby Banana, isopure whey protein, Oatmeal. Lunch:  asparagus, sweet potato, tilapia fillet. Dinner:  amazing egg, chicken breast tender, spinach, tomato. Snacks/Other:  asparagus, avocado, chicken tenders, chunk light tuna, egg whites, prunes.
