Fat: 53.56g | Prot: 136.38g | Carb: 295.31g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Hearty Grains 100% Whole Wheat English Muffins, Fat Free French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, Ketchup, Low Fat 1% Milk, Toasty O's (Bowl Pack). Lunch:  Baby Carrots, Cherry Tomatoes, Light Mayonnaise, Split Top Wheat Bread, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner:  Cherry Tomatoes, Light Butter with Canola Oil, Baby Carrots, Butterhead Lettuce (Includes Boston and Bibb Types), Cucumber (Peeled), Lite Sweet Vidalia Onion Salad Dressing, Chicken Breast, Bird's Eye Baby Mixed Beans & Carrots Blend - frozen, plastic bag. Snacks/Other:  Wheat Thins Crackers - Sun Dried Tomato and Basil, Banana, Builders Bar (Peanut Butter), Golden Delicious Apples, 100% Whey Protein - Vanilla Cream, Apple & Eve Apple Juice.
