Fat: 53.56g | Prot: 136.38g | Carb: 295.31g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Egg, Fat Free French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, Hearty Grains 100% Whole Wheat English Muffins, Ketchup, Low Fat 1% Milk, Toasty O's (Bowl Pack). Lunch:  Baby Carrots, Cherry Tomatoes, Light Mayonnaise, Split Top Wheat Bread, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner:  Baby Carrots, Bird's Eye Baby Mixed Beans & Carrots Blend - frozen, plastic bag, Butterhead Lettuce (Includes Boston and Bibb Types), Cherry Tomatoes, Chicken Breast, Cucumber (Peeled), Light Butter with Canola Oil, Lite Sweet Vidalia Onion Salad Dressing. Snacks/Other:  100% Whey Protein - Vanilla Cream, Apple & Eve Apple Juice, Banana, Builders Bar (Peanut Butter), Golden Delicious Apples, Wheat Thins Crackers - Sun Dried Tomato and Basil.
