Fat: 62.57g | Prot: 138.93g | Carb: 283.07g.   Breakfast:  Ketchup, Fat Free French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, Hearty Grains 100% Whole Wheat English Muffins, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Egg, Milk (Nonfat), Super Advanced Whey Protein Chocolate (Body Fortress). Lunch:  Split Top Wheat Bread, Light Mayonnaise, Cherry Tomatoes, Baby Carrots, Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Sweet Garden Peas, Chicken Breast, Lite Sweet Vidalia Onion Salad Dressing, Cucumber (Peeled), Butterhead Lettuce (Includes Boston and Bibb Types), Baby Carrots, Light Butter with Canola Oil, Cherry Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Golden Delicious Apples, Builders Bar (Peanut Butter), Banana, Wheat Thins Crackers - Sun Dried Tomato and Basil, Caribbean Rum Cake - Chocolate, Milk (Nonfat).
