Fat: 62.57g | Prot: 138.93g | Carb: 283.07g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Egg, Fat Free French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, Hearty Grains 100% Whole Wheat English Muffins, Ketchup, Milk (Nonfat), Super Advanced Whey Protein Chocolate (Body Fortress). Lunch:  Baby Carrots, Cherry Tomatoes, Chicken Breast, Light Mayonnaise, Split Top Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Baby Carrots, Butterhead Lettuce (Includes Boston and Bibb Types), Cherry Tomatoes, Chicken Breast, Cucumber (Peeled), Light Butter with Canola Oil, Lite Sweet Vidalia Onion Salad Dressing, Sweet Garden Peas. Snacks/Other:  Banana, Builders Bar (Peanut Butter), Caribbean Rum Cake - Chocolate, Golden Delicious Apples, Milk (Nonfat), Wheat Thins Crackers - Sun Dried Tomato and Basil.
