Fat: 69.76g | Prot: 57.36g | Carb: 262.01g.   Breakfast:  Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), McDonald's Hash Brown, McDonald's Orange Juice (Small), McDonald's Sausage McMuffin with Egg. Lunch:  Breakstone's 2% Milkfat Lowfat Small Curd Cottage Cheese (Snack Size), White Cake Mix with Icing (Egg Whites and Water Added). Dinner:  Great Value Fancy Low-moisture Part-skim Mozzarella Cheese Shredded, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Tea (Brewed), White Cake with Icing (Home Recipe or Purchased), Whole Wheat Bread. Snacks/Other:  Bob's Sweet Stripes, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges), Tea (Brewed), Water (Bottled).
