Lunch:  Panera Bread Spinach Power Salad (Half), Panera Bread French Onion Soup (with Cheese & Croutons), Water (Bottled), Panera Bread Artisan French Baguette. Dinner:  Pork Spareribs, Cooked Broccoli (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Carrot Cake with Icing. Snacks/Other:  Water (Bottled), Tea (Brewed), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Altoids Peppermint Mints, Green Leaf Lettuce, Young Green Onions, Mayonnaise, Parsley, Grape Tomatoes, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges), Deli Sliced Ham, Bob's Sweet Stripes.
