Fat: 53.25g | Prot: 62.12g | Carb: 237.46g.   Breakfast:  asparagus, cheese, Coffee, egg white, mushroom, spinach. Lunch:  banana, Panera - Acai Berry Green Tea, Panera - Pinach Power Salad (Half), Panera Onion Soup. Dinner:  cottage cheese, cupcake, Garlic Bread, ground beef, lasagna noodles, Mozzarella Cheese, tomatoe sauce, water. Snacks/Other:  apple, Baby Zucchini, coffee, starlight mints, sugar cookies, Tea (Brewed), Water (Bottled).
