Fat: 56.75g | Prot: 56.66g | Carb: 164.73g.   Breakfast:  avocado chocolate chip muffins, Egg Beaters - Original, Sweet Red Peppers, Turkey Bacon. Lunch:  35 Calorie Wheat Bread, American Cheese Slice, gooey peanut butter brownies, Tomato Soup. Dinner:  hamburger bun, onion, pasta shells garlic. Snacks/Other:  almonds , oatmeal peanut butter cookies.
