Lunch:  Carrots , Green Peas . Dinner:  bush's best black beans, market pantry fajita. Snacks/Other:  45 Calories and Delightful 100% Whole Wheat Bread with Honey, Air Popped Popcorn, Bananas , Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Hard Boiled Egg Whites, Natural Creamy Peanut Butter.
