Fat: 27.97g | Prot: 86.28g | Carb: 210.95g.   Breakfast:  coffee, silk soy milk vanilla, fat free cocoa nestle, natural skippy peanut butter, thin bagel. Lunch:  yoplait greek yogurt honey, club pita. Dinner:  smart pop. Snacks/Other:  skim milk, luna sport recovery smoothie, dole bites.
