Lunch:  wheat bread, chicken breast, mayo, red berries, almond milk. Dinner:  turkey burger, brocolli, cauliflower, red wine, turkey burger, red wine, triscuit. Snacks/Other:  triscuit, red wine, chips ahoy, weight watchers dark chocolate raspberry.
