Fat: 100.41g | Prot: 139.51g | Carb: 358.64g.   Breakfast:  arnold stone ground, Coffee, egg, Honey, Natural Creamy Peanut Butter 1/3 Less Sodium & Sugar, wheat bread. Lunch:  almond milk, chicken breast, mayo, red berries, wheat bread. Dinner:  brocolli, cauliflower, red wine, red wine, triscuit, turkey burger, turkey burger. Snacks/Other:  chips ahoy, red wine, triscuit, weight watchers dark chocolate raspberry.
