Fat: 38.75g | Prot: 63.39g | Carb: 181.59g.   Breakfast:  grapefruit, peanut butter, Whole wheat bread. Lunch:  Toasted Whole Wheat Bread, Tuna. Dinner:  Apple, Banana, Green Beans, Spaghetti sauce with turkey. Snacks/Other:  Trader Joes Vanilla Yogurt with Almonds.
