Fat: 111.45g | Prot: 89.49g | Carb: 20.92g.   Breakfast:  Cook's Shank Portion Ham, Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Horizon Organic Heavy whipping cream, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Egg. Lunch:  ALDi Incorporated Simms Beef Snack Sticks, Happy Farms 100% Natural String Cheese. Dinner:  Sugar Free Broccoli Slaw, Lettuce, Celery, Cucumber (Peeled), Tanimura & Antle Green Onion, Olive Oil, Pompeian Red Wine Vinegar, Cooked Brussels Sprouts, Kroger Sunflower Kernels, Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat), Cream Cheese and Bacon Jalepeno Poppers. Snacks/Other:  ALDi Incorporated Simms Beef Snack Sticks, Member's Mark Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Tequila, Jose Cuervo Light Margarita Mix.
