Fat: 115.64g | Prot: 82.30g | Carb: 26.52g.   Breakfast:  butter, coconut oil, coffee, coffee, eggs, horizon heavy whipping cream, horizon heavy whipping cream. Lunch:  baby kosher dill pickles, green olives, sharp cheddar cheese, simms beef snack sticks, simms beef snack sticks. Dinner:  brussels sprouts, buttermilk, celery, cube steak, cucumber, green onions, heinz low sugar ketchup, iceberg lettuce, kraft mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato. Snacks/Other:  almonds, diet mountain dew, Seagrams .
