Fat: 94.43g | Prot: 66.36g | Carb: 32.44g.   Breakfast:  coconut oil, coffee, coffee, horizon heavy whipping cream, horizon heavy whipping cream. Lunch:  ground beef. Dinner:  buttermilk, butternut, celery, cucumber, green onions, lettuce, Low Carb Milk Gravy, Mashed "Faux"tatoes, sirloin tip roast. Snacks/Other:  apple, Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, sweet potato chips.
