Fat: 119.92g | Prot: 75.21g | Carb: 31.28g.   Breakfast:  coconut oil, coffee, Ground beef, horizon heavy whipping cream, pork shoulder steak. Lunch:  Bacon wrapped stuffed mushrooms, beef cube steak, Cream Cheese and Bacon Jalepeno Poppers, healthy life bread, mustard, onion. Dinner:  brussels sprouts, buttermilk, celery, cube steak, cucumber, green onions, lettuce.
