Fat: 94.57g | Prot: 73.40g | Carb: 26.90g.   Breakfast:  coconut oil, coffee, coffee, horizon heavy whipping cream, horizon heavy whipping cream, simms beef snack sticks. Lunch:  ground beef, healthy life hamburger bun, mustard. Dinner:  Bacon wrapped stuffed mushrooms, buttermilk, celery, cube steak, cucumber, green onions, lettuce.
