Fat: 94.57g | Prot: 73.40g | Carb: 26.90g.   Breakfast:  coffee, horizon heavy whipping cream, coffee, horizon heavy whipping cream, coconut oil, simms beef snack sticks. Lunch:  ground beef, healthy life hamburger bun, mustard. Dinner:  lettuce, celery, cucumber, green onions, buttermilk, Bacon wrapped stuffed mushrooms, cube steak.
