Fat: 112.11g | Prot: 83.49g | Carb: 17.73g.   Breakfast:  coffee, horizon heavy whipping cream, bratwurst. Lunch:  simms beef snack sticks, frigo cheesehead cheese sticks. Dinner:  lettuce, celery, cucumber, green onions, buttermilk, beef rump roast, broccoli, cauliflower, Stef's Deviled Eggs number 3, chayote squash, shredded fiesta cheese.
