Fat: 112.11g | Prot: 83.49g | Carb: 17.73g.   Breakfast:  bratwurst, coffee, horizon heavy whipping cream. Lunch:  frigo cheesehead cheese sticks, simms beef snack sticks. Dinner:  beef rump roast, broccoli, buttermilk, cauliflower, celery, chayote squash, cucumber, green onions, lettuce, shredded fiesta cheese, Stef's Deviled Eggs number 3.
