Fat: 99.40g | Prot: 182.44g | Carb: 406.67g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Cream (Half & Half, Fat Free) , GIANT INSTANT OATMEAL REGULAR, Milk (Nonfat) . Lunch:  Potato French Fries, Steak and Cheese Submarine Sandwich with Lettuce and Tomato. Dinner:  Beer, Beer, Gumbo (New Orleans Type with Shellfish, Pork, and/or Poultry, Tomatoes, Okra), Nachos with Beef and Cheese, Whiskey. Snacks/Other:  Chewy Bars - Oats & Peanut Butter, Protein Plus Chocolate.
