Dinner:  Pure Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, 80 Calorie Cereal - Chocolate, Piggie Pattie, beef jerky, Piggie Pattie, Skinless Chicken Breast, Spinach , Best of the Egg Whites (Lucerne), One Carb Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup. Snacks/Other:  Rice Cakes - Lightly Salted, Sugar Free Peach Preserves, 2% Milkfat Small Curd Lowfat Cottage Cheese, ISO 100 Whey Protein Isolate, 90 Calorie Choclate Peanut Butter Bar, Special K Brownie Bites.
