Fat: 43.80g | Prot: 82.82g | Carb: 217.97g.   Breakfast:  Low Sugar Concord Grape Jelly, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat English Muffins. Lunch:  14" Large Supreme Thin'N Crispy Pizza, Roast Beef. Dinner:  6" Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki, Baked! Barbecue Potato Crisps. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Charlie's Meat Sticks, Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate, Pineapple, Pure Almond Milk - Vanilla, Spinach, Strawberries.
