Fat: 38.99g | Prot: 123.41g | Carb: 93.74g.   Breakfast:  blueberries, almond, whey protein, Bob's Red Mill Organic Regular Rolled Oats. Lunch:  tomatoe paste, red onion, salmon, extra virgin olive oil, Success Whole Grain Brown Rice, spinach, red pepper. Dinner:  black beans, tomatoe, kalamata olives, turkey breast meat, Dried Pumpkin and Squash Seed Kernels., Dry Roasted Sunflower Seeds (with Salt Added), spinach, red onion. Snacks/Other:  cottage cheese, cottage cheese, rice cake, tuna.
