Fat: 38.99g | Prot: 123.41g | Carb: 93.74g.   Breakfast:  Bob's Red Mill Organic Regular Rolled Oats, almond, blueberries, whey protein. Lunch:  extra virgin olive oil, red onion, red pepper, salmon, spinach, Success Whole Grain Brown Rice, tomatoe paste. Dinner:  black beans, Dried Pumpkin and Squash Seed Kernels., Dry Roasted Sunflower Seeds (with Salt Added), kalamata olives, red onion, spinach, tomatoe, turkey breast meat. Snacks/Other:  cottage cheese, cottage cheese, rice cake, tuna.
