Fat: 63.69g | Prot: 108.55g | Carb: 150.48g.   Breakfast:  Special K MultiGrain Oats & Honey Cereal, skim milk, Grapefruit (Pink and Red). Lunch:  pork chop, mushroom soup, scalloped potatoes, corn, orange. Dinner:  egg, whole wheat English muffin, butter, chicken breast, rice. Snacks/Other:  cashews, granola rolled oats and maple.
