Fat: 63.69g | Prot: 108.55g | Carb: 150.48g.   Breakfast:  Grapefruit (Pink and Red), skim milk, Special K MultiGrain Oats & Honey Cereal. Lunch:  corn, mushroom soup, orange, pork chop, scalloped potatoes. Dinner:  butter, chicken breast, egg, rice, whole wheat English muffin. Snacks/Other:  cashews, granola rolled oats and maple.
