Fat: 35.44g | Prot: 81.46g | Carb: 110.38g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Eggland's Best Large Grade A Eggs, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fiber One Honey Clusters Cereal, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Millville GetBalance Protein & High Fiber Multigrain Cereal, Strawberries. Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Lentil and Vegetable Soup. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Salmon. Snacks/Other:  Dove Dark Chocolate Hearts, Green Smoothie, Nature Valley Protein Chewy Bars - Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate.
