Fat: 66.22g | Prot: 160.27g | Carb: 40.62g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Eggland's Best Large Grade A Eggs, Cheddar Cheese, Baby Spinach, All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Heavy Cream. Lunch:  Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Mixed Salad Greens, Strawberries, Brie Cheese. Dinner:  Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Asparagus, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Broccoli. Snacks/Other:  Trader Joe's Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Nature's Best Perfect Isopure Whey Protein Isolate Unflavored, Skippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, Pistachio Nuts, Dannon Light & Fit Greek - Cherry.
