Fat: 38.72g | Prot: 99.88g | Carb: 178.54g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Grape-Nuts Cereal, Kiwi Fruit, Large Grade A Eggs, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Organic Blue Agave Syrup, Quaker Oatmeal Squares, Total 0% Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Avocados, Lentil and Vegetable Soup. Dinner:  Asian Chili Sauce, Baked or Broiled Salmon, Chinese Cabbage (Bok-Choy, Pak-Choi) (Without Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Corn Starch, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Farro, Mushrooms, Pinot Gris (Grigio) Wine, Sherry Cooking Wine, Sugar. Snacks/Other:  Candied Ginger, Fruit & Nut Trail Mix, Green Smoothie, Perfect Isopure Whey Protein Isolate Unflavored.
