Lunch:  Broccolini, Chicken Breast, Sundried Tomatoes, Whole Grain Rotini. Dinner:  Beef Burgundy, Cinnamon Apple Cake Cooking Light, Lettuce Salad with vegetables, Olive Oil, Red Wine. Snacks/Other:  Dark Chocolate Peanut Bar Nature Valley, Diet Coke, Dove Dark Chocolate, Green Smoothie, Natural Trail Mix.
