Lunch: Bison Chili, Green Tea, Kidney Beans, Tangerine. Dinner: Butter, Carrots, Frozen Artichoke Hearts, Honey, Olive Oil, Poached chicken breast. Snacks/Other: Banana Choc Chip Cookies, Blueberries, Lean 15 EAS, Light and fit greek yogurt Dannon, Vanilla Almond Milk.
