Breakfast: black tea, Date, Egg Eggland's Best Organic, Green Smoothie, Mini Wheats, Natural Peanut Butter, Olive Oil, Whole Wheat English Muffin Aunt Millie's. Lunch: Bison Chili, Green Tea, Kidney Beans, Tangerine. Dinner: Butter, Carrots, Frozen Artichoke Hearts, Honey, Olive Oil, Poached chicken breast. Snacks/Other: Banana Choc Chip Cookies, Blueberries, Lean 15 EAS, Light and fit greek yogurt Dannon, Vanilla Almond Milk.
