Fat: 52.09g | Prot: 101.01g | Carb: 162.25g.   Breakfast:  Date, black tea, Olive Oil, Egg Eggland's Best Organic, Whole Wheat English Muffin Aunt Millie's, Green Smoothie, Natural Peanut Butter, Mini Wheats. Lunch:  Bison Chili, Kidney Beans, Tangerine, Green Tea. Dinner:  Poached chicken breast, Frozen Artichoke Hearts, Olive Oil, Carrots, Honey, Butter. Snacks/Other:  Lean 15 EAS, Vanilla Almond Milk, Blueberries, Banana Choc Chip Cookies, Light and fit greek yogurt Dannon.
