Lunch:  Bison Chili, Lettuce with vegetables, Red Wine Vinegar, Kidney Beans, Green Tea. Dinner:  Lentil Soup, Roast Chicken, Apple. Snacks/Other:  Banana Choc Chip Cookies, Honey, Cinnamon, 0% Greek Yogurt Fage, GoLean Cereal Kashi.
