Fat: 59.85g | Prot: 99.88g | Carb: 233.88g.   Breakfast:  1% Milk, Almond Milk, Banana, Coffee, Flaxseed Meal, Lean 15 EAS, Oatmeal Squares. Lunch:  Cheese Stick Weight Watchers, Chicken Breast, Edamame, Green Tea, mixed greens, Olive OIl, Raw Vegetable, shredded carrot, shredded red cabbage, walnuts. Dinner:  3 course dinner out, Beer, Prosecco, Red Wine. Snacks/Other:  Apple, Clementine, Lit and Fit Greek Yogurt Dannon.
