Dinner:  Baby Spinach, Chicken Breast, Mustard, Olive Oil, Onion, Rainbow Chard. Snacks/Other:  1% Milk, Apple, Dove Dark Chocolate, Mozzarella Stick Weight Watchers, Nature Trail Mix, Nature Valley Protein Bar.
