Lunch:  Avocado, Cooked shrimp, Cucumber, Green Tea, Lime juice, Orange. Dinner:  Avocado, Cilantro, Cooked shrimp, Cucumber, Lean Beef, Lime juice, Olive Oil, Orange, Vegetable Stir Fry . Snacks/Other:  0% Greek Yogurt Fage, 1% Milk, Almond Mocha Bar Kashi, apple, Banana, Dove Dark Chocolate, Egg, Grapes, Kiwi, Light and Fit Greek Yogurt Dannon, Light Brown Sugar, Pineapple, Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips, White Flour, Whole Wheat Flour.
