Fat: 38.32g | Prot: 81.89g | Carb: 199.41g.   Breakfast:  1% milk, Apple, Egg, Flaxseed Meal, Olive Oil, Steel Cut Oats. Lunch:  Chicken Breast, Kiwi, Roasted Diced Tomatoes, Yukon Gold Potato. Dinner:  Cannellini beans, Farro, Pom Wonderful, Vegetable Soup . Snacks/Other:  Blackberry fruit spread, Candied Ginger, Dried Fruit, GoLean Cereal Kashi, Gouda or Edam Cheese, Green tea, Irish brown bread, Mixed Nuts.
