Fat: 9.29g | Prot: 90.76g | Carb: 196.89g.   Breakfast:  Apple Slices, Black Tea Bags, Greek Yogurt - Plain, Organic Golden Flax Meal, Stevia Extract in the Raw. Lunch:  Cantaloupe Melons, cucumber, dill, grapes, Honeydew Melons, mayonnaise, Onions, shrimp, Watermelon, Yellow Summer Squash. Dinner:  Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Fuji Apples, Steamed or Boiled Shrimp. Snacks/Other:  Air Popped Popcorn, Bananas, Kirkland Signature Greek Yogurt.
