Lunch:  Original Vegan With Soy Protein Meatless Burgers, Fuji Apples, Harris Teeter Extra Chunky Salsa Medium. Dinner:  broccoli, Tomatoes, mushrooms, Spinach, Feta Cheese, 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Greek Yogurt - Plain, brussels sprouts, Fuji Apples. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Baby Carrots.
