Fat: 15.93g | Prot: 41.90g | Carb: 133.30g.   Breakfast:  Black Tea Bags, Organic Ground Flaxseed, Apple Slices, Stevia Extract in the Raw, Greek Yogurt - Plain. Lunch:  Tomatoes, Strawberries, Mushrooms, Water, Feta Cheese, Hearts of Romaine Lettuce, Salsa. Dinner:  Feta Cheese, broccoli, Quinoa (Cooked). Snacks/Other:  100% Whole Wheat Sliced Bread, Traditional Hummus Dip.
