Fat: 15.93g | Prot: 41.90g | Carb: 133.30g.   Breakfast:  Apple Slices, Black Tea Bags, Greek Yogurt - Plain, Organic Ground Flaxseed, Stevia Extract in the Raw. Lunch:  Feta Cheese, Hearts of Romaine Lettuce, Mushrooms, Salsa, Strawberries, Tomatoes, Water. Dinner:  broccoli, Feta Cheese, Quinoa (Cooked). Snacks/Other:  100% Whole Wheat Sliced Bread, Traditional Hummus Dip.
