Fat: 26.15g | Prot: 99.73g | Carb: 178.07g.   Breakfast:  Black Tea Bags, Organic Ground Flaxseed, Apple Slices, Greek Yogurt - Plain. Lunch:  Original Vegan With Soy Protein Meatless Burgers, Harris Teeter Extra Chunky Salsa Medium, banana. Dinner:  tomato, mushrooms, Hearts of Romaine Lettuce, red pepper, Greek Yogurt, Cooked Spinach (from Fresh). Snacks/Other:  Greek Yogurt, maranatha almond butter creamy, Baby Carrots, strawberries.
