Lunch:  banana, Harris Teeter Extra Chunky Salsa Medium, Original Vegan With Soy Protein Meatless Burgers. Dinner:  Cooked Spinach (from Fresh), Greek Yogurt, Hearts of Romaine Lettuce, mushrooms, red pepper, tomato. Snacks/Other:  Baby Carrots, Greek Yogurt, maranatha almond butter creamy, strawberries.
