Fat: 19.70g | Prot: 57.82g | Carb: 197.67g.   Breakfast:  Black Tea Bags, Organic Ground Flaxseed, Apple Slices, Greek Yogurt - Plain. Lunch:  tomato, cucumber, mushrooms, green peas, Hearts of Romaine Lettuce, Harris Teeter Extra Chunky Salsa Medium, red pepper, water, Strawberries. Dinner:  Feta Cheese, tomato, Spinach, broccoli, Greek Yogurt, fuji apple, Portabella Mushrooms. Snacks/Other:  strawberries, water, maranatha almond butter creamy, Traditional Hummus Dip, Baby Carrots.
