Dinner:  Asparagus, Beef Top Loin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Dungeness Crab, Light Sour Cream, Mild Cheddar Cheese (Shredded), Shedd's Spread (Butter), White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked). Snacks/Other:  coffee, Irish Creme Coffee Creamer, Movie Theater Butter Popcorn, Original Powder Creamer.
