Fat: 66.71g | Prot: 139.16g | Carb: 126.49g.   Lunch:  Hard Shell Tacos, Mild Cheddar Cheese (Shredded), Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Red Tomatoes, Medium Taco Sauce. Dinner:  Light Sour Cream, Shedd's Spread (Butter), Asparagus, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked), Mild Cheddar Cheese (Shredded), Dungeness Crab, Beef Top Loin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade). Snacks/Other:  coffee, Irish Creme Coffee Creamer, Original Powder Creamer, Movie Theater Butter Popcorn.
