Fat: 78.31g | Prot: 117.72g | Carb: 223.95g.   Breakfast:  Special K Flatbread Breakfast Sandwich. Lunch:  Aldi L'oven - Sandwich Skinnys, chicken spinach feta. Dinner:  broccoli, kirkwood chicken cordon bleu, Pasta Sides - Cheesy Cheddar. Snacks/Other:  almond and walnut, fit and active cookie, fit and active fruit snack, milk, peanut butter fiber bar, yoplait raspberry cheesecake.
