Fat: 59.41g | Prot: 63.67g | Carb: 278.73g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Coffee with Cream, Nabisco Belvita Cinnamon Brown Sugar Breakfast Biscuits. Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, 98% Fat Free Deli Sliced Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Original Potato Chips. Dinner:  Broiled or Baked Pork Chop, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Corn on the Cob, Pear Slices. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Butter Lover's Popcorn, Cafe Mocha, Kellogg's Fruity Snacks - Mixed Berry, Nature Valley Granola Thins Crispy Squares - Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter.
