Fat: 30.96g | Prot: 35.09g | Carb: 90.68g.   Breakfast:  Bacon (Cured, Baked, Cooked), Coffee with Cream, Old Fashioned Oats, Thin Biscuits. Lunch:  Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), Broccoli, Light Pink Lemonade, Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless). Snacks/Other:  Fudge Brownies.
