Fat: 65.10g | Prot: 146.10g | Carb: 61.15g.   Breakfast:  jennie o turkey bacon, two eggs, vegan protein shake. Lunch:  asparagus, chicken baked, salmon baked. Dinner:  non fat milk, tomato, tuna , vegan protein shake. Snacks/Other:  almonds, low fat string cheese, Russel Stover sugar free butter cream caramel.
