Fat: 65.10g | Prot: 146.10g | Carb: 61.15g.   Breakfast:  two eggs, vegan protein shake, jennie o turkey bacon. Lunch:  salmon baked, chicken baked, asparagus. Dinner:  vegan protein shake, tuna , tomato, non fat milk. Snacks/Other:  Russel Stover sugar free butter cream caramel, low fat string cheese, almonds.
