Fat: 46.15g | Prot: 68.95g | Carb: 194.14g.   Breakfast:  Country Wheat Bread, Peanut Butter. Lunch:  American Cheese, Kroger Deli Thin Sliced Roast Beef, Sprouts Farmers Market Country Wheat Bread, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Banana Bread, Blueberries, Mushrooms, York Peppermint Pattie (Fun Size). Snacks/Other:  Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Kroger Lite Greek Strawberry Yogurt, Skinny Cow Heavenly Crisp Candy Bar - Milk Chocolate, Tomato and Vegetable Juice (Mostly Tomato).
