Fat: 31.13g | Prot: 79.82g | Carb: 177.67g.   Breakfast:  Kroger Multi-Grain Sandwich Slims, Peanut Butter, Shamrock Farms Fat Free Half & Half, Milk (Nonfat). Lunch:  Blueberries, Great Value Fat Free Cottage Cheese, Plain Pancakes, Peanut Butter. Dinner:  Mushrooms, Blueberries, Chicken Drumstick. Snacks/Other:  Tomato and Vegetable Juice (Mostly Tomato).
