Fat: 34.02g | Prot: 115.25g | Carb: 167.19g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cottage Cheese (Nonfat), Shamrock Farms Fat Free Half & Half. Lunch:  Kroger Lite Greek Strawberry Yogurt, Milk (Nonfat). Dinner:  Jell-O Sugar Free Cherry, Kroger American Cheese Singles, Kroger Deli Thin Sliced Roast Beef, Kroger Multi-Grain Sandwich Slims, Pineapple Juice, Sweet Cherries, whipped topping. Snacks/Other:  Chicken Drumstick (Skin Not Eaten), Pik-Nik Original Shoestring Potatoes, York Peppermint Pattie (Fun Size).
