Fat: 35.44g | Prot: 85.07g | Carb: 195.25g.   Breakfast:  Peanut Butter, Milk (Nonfat), Kroger Multi-Grain Sandwich Slims, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Shamrock Farms Fat Free Half & Half. Lunch:  Van de Kamp's Multi-Grain Sandwich Slims, Kroger Deli Thin Sliced Roast Beef, Kroger American Cheese Singles, Milk (Nonfat). Dinner:  Green Snap Beans, Lettuce, Sweet Potato, Maple Grove Farms Fat Free Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, Jell-O Sugar Free Cherry, whipped topping, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Fiber One Protein Bars - Coconut Almond.
