Fat: 13.41g | Prot: 82.40g | Carb: 180.53g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Shamrock Farms Fat Free Half & Half, Stop & Shop Corn on the Cob. Lunch:  Dole Crushed Pineapple in 100% Pineapple Juice, Great Value Fat Free Cottage Cheese. Dinner:  Fat Free Sour Cream, Green Snap Beans, Lettuce, Pace Chunky Mild Salsa, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Milk (Nonfat), Stop & Shop Corn on the Cob.
