Fat: 13.41g | Prot: 82.40g | Carb: 180.53g.   Breakfast:  Stop & Shop Corn on the Cob, Shamrock Farms Fat Free Half & Half, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch:  Great Value Fat Free Cottage Cheese, Dole Crushed Pineapple in 100% Pineapple Juice. Dinner:  Lettuce, Pace Chunky Mild Salsa, Fat Free Sour Cream, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Green Snap Beans. Snacks/Other:  Milk (Nonfat), Stop & Shop Corn on the Cob.
