Fat: 21.74g | Prot: 93.36g | Carb: 186.26g.   Breakfast:  Banana, Nature's Own 100% Whole Grain Sandwich Rounds, Peanut Butter, Shamrock Farms Fat Free Half & Half. Lunch:  Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple Juice, Great Value Fat Free Cottage Cheese. Dinner:  Best Choice Sugar Free Jello Mix, Mixed Vegetables (Frozen), Red Tomatoes, World Catch Tilapia Fillets.
