Lunch:  Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple Juice, Great Value Fat Free Cottage Cheese. Dinner:  Red Tomatoes, World Catch Tilapia Fillets, Mixed Vegetables (Frozen), Best Choice Sugar Free Jello Mix.
